Arabella Pines is pleased to present the artistic works of Dr. Brian Usher, a business psychologist, management consultant, executive coach, creative photographer and fine art painter.

Brian immigrated to Canada in 1952 from Scotland and despite strong interests and skills in both writing and art from a very early age, he opted for undergraduate studies in science and veterinary medicine and then pursued a career in psychology at the University of Waterloo (B.A.), York University (M.A.) and graduated from the University of Toronto with his Ph.D. He has been licensed as a Psychologist and has consulted to a diverse range of organizations and business leaders for over 25 years.

Throughout his education and working life, Brian has maintained his artistic interests through elective courses and self study in fine art painting, archeology, film and photography. His painting and photography reflect his deep interest in the psychology of perspective and colour. Now living in Caledon, his works build on the heritage of the region, the rhythms of the land and nature.
